School Day
At Pennine Way Primary School, the school day begins at 8:40am and finishes at 3:15pm.
This provides pupils with 6 hours and 35 minutes of learning time each day, equating to 32 hours and 55 minutes per week.
We believe that making the most of every school day gives children the opportunity to achieve their best academically, develop socially and emotionally, and enjoy a wide range of enriching experiences as part of school life.
The gates are closed and locked at 8:45am to ensure safety of your children. In the afternoons they are opened at 3:10pm approximately and they are locked again at 3:50 pm depending on clubs.

Nursery Day
8:30 am doors opened. In the afternoons they are opened at 12:15 pm for the afternoon session. The doors open at 3:15 pm to collect your child/children.
